Being cleared to return to activity is not the same as being ready to train.
The Return to Sport (RTS) Rebuild Program provides a structured, measured pathway back to full training after injury, surgery, or extended time away. This is not rehabilitation. It is structured performance progression — built intentionally and advanced responsibly.

The RTS Program is designed for athletes who:

RTS Is Not:
All athletes entering the RTS program must be cleared by an appropriate medical professional before beginning.
This keeps expectations aligned and progress intentional.

Every RTS athlete moves through three structured phases:
Light, measured workload.
Focus on response, not performance.

Close monitoring of fatigue, soreness, and recovery.
Workload aligns with structured training principles.
Preparation to transition into a standard training plan or full custom coaching.
Progression is earned — never assumed.
This is a rebuild process — not a template and not a shortcut.
Rates are per month with a minimum 2-month commitment
Rates reflect structured oversight and phased progression support.
If you transition into Custom 1:1 Coaching within 30 days of completing the RTS program, your final month of RTS will be credited toward your first coaching month.
When your rebuild phase is complete, you may continue into full Custom Coaching for long-term development and performance planning.
