Sometimes you want a tailored road map for training — without entering an ongoing coaching relationship. Tabula Rasa Racing custom training plans give you a fully personalized training structure to follow for the weeks leading up to your goal event.
All plans are crafted from an in-depth consultation so they reflect your experience level, available training time, and real-life demands. Custom plans are built with the same philosophy as our 1:1 coaching. Plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks and supported by access to the Locker Room — your athlete-only content hub.

Your plan is built from consultation and tailored to your goals, background, and weekly schedule.
Best for athletes who want a plan designed uniquely around their life and who want personalized structure without entering a full coaching relationship.
A structured training plan shared among a small group of athletes training toward the same event distance.
Group plans follow a shared progression and are not individualized to personal schedule adjustments. Group size is capped at five athletes to maintain quality and accountability.
Best for athletes who want structure and community at a lower price point.

Considering 1:1 coaching?
If you transition into Custom 1:1 Coaching within 30 days of completing a Plan Plus cycle, your final week of Plan Plus will be credited toward your first coaching month.
